Also, when viewed from a distance, the lines that are the design of the hairline finish disappear, making it look like just a silvery metal.
This is where a little ingenuity comes in.
For example, general-purpose hairline finishes are available in thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm. (All companies are roughly the same.)
The hairline finish is a little different for NO.2B (cold-rolled base metal) from 3.0mm to 6.0mm, and for NO.1 (hot-rolled base metal) over 3.0mm.
On the right is the NO.2B hairline finish for 3.0 mm to 6.0 mm, on the left is the NO.1 hairline finish for 3.0 mm and above, and in the middle is the general-purpose hairline finish.

The hairline finish for medium thickness NO.2B on the right (product name: mako-HL8) is produced as usual, although the schedule changes weekly.
