TOYO STAINLESS POLISH INDUSTRY exhibited its own brand product, MAKO, mainly proposing applications for ceiling and wall materials.

BAMBOO EXPO2022 MAKO Exhibit Overall
This exhibition focused on metal panels for ceilings and walls.
We proposed several panel configurations, including four-way bending, cut panels, and roll-in panels.

Designing Metal Pickup Products Introduction
We will introduce a selection of designing metals in this exhibition, focusing on new products.
New: wrinkle panel: ®️
Initial development was four years ago now, in 2018. After development, improvement, and equipment, the product was commercialized. The trademark “wrinkle panel” was registered and debuted at the BAMBOO EXPO.
This panel expresses the way metal bends and undulates.
The original luster and texture of the metal, the unevenness of the folds and wrinkles, and the realistic look of the metal are all represented.

All titanium QR code display plate

All-titanium QR code display plate.
A large sign is installed at the entrance of an outlet mall built on the former site of Space World in Kitakyushu City.
Being made of all-titanium, the sign will not rust even if it is rich at the seaside, and will guide visitors to the mall.
The one exhibited here is a small one, and the QR also jumps to our website.
The vivid, titanium color is due to atmospheric coloration.
Designing Embossed Stainless Steel
〜 TAKASAGO STYLE 〜
We exhibited two types of 3D processing and gold color deposition based on embossed stainless steel manufactured by Takasago Ironworks, a leading manufacturer of embossed stainless steel.
The fusion of beautiful embossed stainless steel, design polishing technology and vapor deposition technology offers a new world of embossed stainless steel to everyone.

This exhibit proposed a new design that reduces CO2 emissions and costs.
Ultra lightweight precision stainless steel 3D panel
This exhibit is a proposal to reduce scarce metals for the purpose of resource saving and weight reduction.
The 3D stainless steel mirror using ultra-lightweight precision stainless steel has a structure that can be provided with lightweight materials such as styrene board for back reinforcement.
We proposed new applications for stainless steel.
Finally
After three years of not being able to exhibit due to the new Corona disaster, we finally returned to the exhibition this year.
Before the new corona disaster, we had proposed the product in the form of a plate, but this time we made it into a panel and presented it in a form that is easy to use.
In addition to titanium and stainless steel, we have used a variety of metal base materials and collaborated with mounting structures to help you create your own spaces.
During the three long years, we have enhanced our new technology and equipment, and we are back at the exhibition.
